January 27, 2000 -- "Hardrives Construction, Inc. (formerly know as Hardrives  Asphalt Co., Inc.) is celebrating its eleventh year in business.  They started in the home in 1989 with 3 employees and now have evolved into a full service paving and paving maintenance company with over 35 employees during the peak of the summer season.

Owners Jim and Stephanie Bailey say they have built their company over the years not only with hard work, but by treating employees and clients the way they would want to be treated, with honesty and fairness.

Hardrives Construction, Inc. now owns its own facility and is currently building a new office at their location at 4800A Helfrick Road in Billings.

Along with the continuing service of new construction paving, and asphalt maintenance, Hardrives will be adding commercial parking lot sweeping, and construction site sweeping.

In 1999, Hardrives added micro slurry to their growing line of asphalt maintenance products.

In 2000, Hardrives Construction, Inc. will be installing a Sealcoat production plant for commercial and private sales of their own product.

Hardrives Construction, Inc. also offers snowplowing and sanding to be a full service asphalt maintenance company.
