Nov/Dec 2001-- "The SBA recognized regional minority small business firms for their superior achievements during the MED Week celebration.  For the first time, three firms tied for the National Minority Business Firm of the Year Award.  They were Analytical Services, Inc., Irma L. Turder, president; Hardrives Construction, Inc., Jim Bailey, president; and Innovative Technical Solutions, Inc., Dev Shukla, president."
